Data access and use

The integration accesses Google account data covered by the owner's approved permissions, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Contacts. Data is used to carry out personal-assistant tasks.

Storage and sharing

Credentials and task records are stored on owner-controlled computers. Relevant task content may be processed by configured AI providers and delivered through configured messaging services. The public information site does not receive Google credentials or account content.

Control and retention

The owner can revoke access through their Google account. Revocation stops future authorized access; saved messages, logs, summaries, and backups may remain until separately removed. External providers' retention policies also apply.
